Key Observations
- Core Central Region has not yet exceeded its 2013 high. Cooling measures having a big part to play.
- RCR has the most substantial increase from its 2013 high (12.5%), in part due to projects within the Central Area such as Riviere and One Pearl Bank, just to name a few.
- Starting from a low base, OCR has the highest overall increase since Index was reset at 100 in 1Q2009.
